They did an amazing job with an entire choreography in Shoop's signature Tribal
Fusion style!
Roxxanne will continue the kids' bellydance class this coming February (2010).

Center: The ever-Pleasant Princess Farhana tickles
us pink in her teal bellydance ensemble with a fun solo raqs sharqi performance.
Thanks to Ms. P-Far for organizing this year's charity toy drive for Spark of
Love! She hand-delivered a sleigh-full of gifts from all you generous party-goers
over to the LAFD.

Kamala Almanzar's Sunday bellydance choreography class performed an intricate
and beautiful dance inspired by Mahmoud Reda and Farida Fahmy. From left to
right, you can see Wendy, Jenna (just jumping in last-minute for a sick dancer!),
half of Nina, Jessica and Trish.
Center: May and Aileen from Jenna's Tuesday Night Bellydance
with Veil and Zils perform this choreography using BOTH the veil and the finger
cymbals (zil or sagat).
Right:
Rosa Roja's Tadjik dance was beautiful and powerful.
She'll be teaching some interesting Central Asian and other dance workshops
at DG in 2010!

her performances with the Kids' Bellydance Class, AND Soy's American Tribal
Class, Heather heads up her posse of Monday Night Tribal Fusion
students in a square-dance inspired (yes, you read that right) medley of modern
music and banjo tunes! Fun!
There are 2 sides to every story, and to every bellydancer as well! Here Roxxanne's fabulous Tuesday night class show off the fine handiwork of their Britt Shimmy tops, available in the DG Boutique!
Their Drum Solo performance was a smashing finale to an amazing lineup of performances! Tina Lola, Roxy, Costa Brava and May are pictured here in front of tribal wall hangings that were a gift to DG from the amazing Sherri Wheatley! Remember her?
